口琴家， 中國音樂家協會會員。 1906年生於浙江鄞縣，自幼在母親（音樂教員）的薰陶下酷愛音樂。 1928年開始學習口琴，1929年在上海創辦大眾口琴會。他認為小小口琴是普及音樂教育最大眾化的樂器。自大眾口琴會創建以後，他勤勤懇懇，兢兢業業從事口琴音樂活動，多方努力於口琴藝術實踐。無論在口琴編曲，作曲，演奏，教育和理論等各個方面，他都做出了許多寶貴貢獻。

Harmonica player, member of the Chinese Musicians Association. Born in Yin County, Zhejiang Province in 1906, he loved music since childhood under the influence of his mother (a music teacher). He began to learn harmonica in 1928 and founded the Public Harmonica Club in Shanghai in 1929. He believed that the small harmonica was the most popular instrument for popularizing music education. Since the establishment of the Public Harmonica Club, he has been diligently and conscientiously engaged in harmonica music activities and made many efforts in the practice of harmonica art. He has made many valuable contributions in all aspects of harmonica arrangement, composition, performance, education and theory.
